   These pans are really easy to cook with and they're also really easy to clean. Even though they say they're save for any utensil and companies always flaunt being able to do basically whatever with ceramic cookware, it's best to use silicone utensils and avoid metal. Don't wash them in the dishwasher and don't use extremely high heat. That will help prolong the life of the pans.

   I have ordered almost all Calphalon pans in my 50 years of cooking and have always been pleased with their quality. I am disappointed though that the handles get too hot to grab onto while cooking, something that never happened on my previous Calphalon pans. I now see that others mentioned this in their reviews also . So far it is non-stick, but we'll see how they hold up in a year from now.

   If light weight is what you prefer these are for you.

   These are the best pans I have ever owned! I'm considering buying another set! They HOLD HEAT like an expensive pan should (or cast iron), but are also completely non-stick. I'm a good cook. I've used a lot of pans. These made food turn out better and cooking much easier. I also love the rubber pads to keep them from scratching each other. You don't have to spend several hundred dollars to get really good pans--buy these!!

   These are really non stick pans. We were used to cooking with older pans and things such as a fried egg would need to be scraped a little to loosen them up. With these pans, if you move them too quickly the egg or other item can slide right out. Also, really like the strainer feature on the pots. Great for cooking pasta. We have washed them several times and everything seems fine. Handles get warm but are not hot.

   The pans are well constructed with some heft to them, but easy to handle. The 8-inch pan seems to be pretty small -- more like 6 inches to me. It works well for frying single (LG) eggs and can handle 2 eggs, but I wouldn't try for 3 eggs -- only if you want them scrambled. The non-stick surface works extremely well and ceramic finish appears to be durable. As recommended, I will not use metal utensils in it. Besides frying eggs on the stovetop, I also baked scrambled eggs in the oven without issue.
   
   Got it with a Prime Day sale and am very pleased with this purchase.

   Ceramic is nice, it gets hot fast, but you don't need high heat to cook with them. Yes they do stick if you don't use oil in your cooking, but I have gotten use to them after some experimenting with the pans. Not really my thing, but will use until I need to replace.

   I have several large skillets but needed to smaller ones for smaller jobs. Cookware can be expensive, but I got these at a good discount so decided to give them a try. I just got them and like the way they look and feel, plus the fact that they are dishwasher safe and oven safe. I used one for the first time today to make omelets and they turned out great with no sticking whatsoever. And the cleanup was a breeze. As long as I use plastic or silicon utensils and no harsh abrasive cleaners, as directed, they should work fine for a long time. I hope. Only complaint is that the handle stayed cool except for where it joined the pan, so be careful where you grab it.

   Ok so I love these pans but I had to take off a star because you have no way of adding to the set without buying a duplicate set of the same or the frying pans only. I would love more sauce pans but do not want to buy an entire new set. These clean up so easily! The ceramic heats quickly on my propane range! I cook with beef tallow and butter but when I am not, they do not stick easily! The color is closer to green than grey but they are still pretty! So far not scratching or cracking of the ceramic. I will update if they do.
