You need to open the app to connect to Bluetooth, but the instructions explain it. Don't throw them out.
The only issue I run into is it doesn't stop after printing the first 4x6. I just do one label at a time, but something to consider if you're using it a lot.
My husband who works in tech figured out how to get the software to work. I would likely have had to return it.
Gets only 4 stars due to the app needed being a little difficult to navigate which wasn't great.
It's pretty compact and lightweight, which makes it easy to carry around and transport back and forth to school. It prints quick enough for my son's needs and has good print quality.
Setup was smooth—Bluetooth paired quickly with both my iPhone and laptop, and the app made it simple to print PDFs, images, and forms directly from my phone.
The fact that it uses thermal paper means no ink refills, no mess, and fewer maintenance issues. The print quality is surprisingly clear for an inkless printer—great for text documents, invoices, travel forms, and light graphics. It handled full 8.5 x 11 inch sheets with no problem.
The included 2 rolls and 10-sheet starter kit were a nice bonus and helped me get started right away. This is honestly a must-have if you travel frequently or just want a reliable, no-fuss printer at your fingertips.
